How to use French Lavender Essential oil
1) Stress reduction:
Lavender essential oil effectively alleviates sleep disorders, stress, anxiety, anger, hyperactivity, and grief by lowering the stress hormone "cortisol."
- Apply 1-2 drops to your navel before bed, leave it overnight, and wash the area in the morning.
- Place 2-4 drops on a piece of cotton and keep it near your pillow while sleeping.
- Mix 1-2 drops with a spoonful of coconut oil and apply to the soles of your feet before sleep (strongely recommended for children over 3 years).
Apply 1-2 drops on your temples or forehead pulse points twice a day.

- Add 5-10 drops to a diffuser and enjoy the calming aroma.
- Add 3-5 drops to bathwater to help relieve physical fatigue.
